SELECTOUR AFAT GENERATION VOYAGES, Travel Agency state registration 059100012, located at 62 Boulevard Carnot in Lille (59000 - France) is considered as technical organizer and head of hotel management for the event.
The travel agency is the only point of contact for any questions, changes… generally for any contact following your booking.
The travel agency s is preferably contacted by email or by phone on +33 -3.20.06.74.26 during opening hours (Monday afternoon from 2pm to 6pm --- Tuesday to Friday - 10am/12am – 2pm/ 6pm).

ARTICLE 1 – Supply provision of rooms – The selected hotels commit (unless otherwise stated) to provide rooms from 15h on the day of arrival. Rooms must be vacated at 11am or 12pm, depending on the hotel, the day of departure. Exceeding this limit may result in a charge of one additional night at public rate. The customer will usually present at the reception of the hotel upon check-in a credit card to guarantee extras cost by the costumer. Without this credit card, the check-in may be refused by the hotel.

ARTICLE 2 - Cancellations - Billing is done on the basis of the services ordered for the entire stay. The customer is asked to pay the greatest attention to the cancellation policy below. Cancellations and modifications of all or part of the original booking must be sent by email to congres@generationvoyages.com. - Is considered as cancellation: a change of date of stay, the decrease of stay’s length, the reduction of reserved rooms or people, pure and simple cancellation of the stay.
In case of cancellation, a cancellation fee will be charged :

  • Up to 90 days before the costumer’s arrival -> no fee will be charged ;
  • From 89 to 60 days before the costumer's arrival -> 20 % of the entire booking or the cancelled part;
  • 59 to 25 days before the arrival of the costumer -> 50 % of the entire booking or the cancelled part;
  • Less than 25 days before the arrival date -> 100 % of the cancelled part.

These cancellation conditions according to operational imperatives, can be reviewed and the agency commits to inform the customer by email. In case of no -show (cancellation without notice), the agency will retain all sums paid as compensation.

ARTICLE 3 - In exceptional - non- availability of the facility, or in case of force majeure, the agency will make endeavors to find an accommodation of at least the same category with similar benefits. The costs inherent to the transfer to any potential rate difference are borne by the agency and without possibility of any additional compensation.

ARTICLE 4 - Force Majeure - The obligations contained herein won’t be applied, will apply or will be suspended in case of “force majeure” such as, on the site of the event or in the city where the event takes place: an act of public authority, hostilities, war, act of government, natural disaster, fire, flood, strikes, … and so on - The parties shall use all their efforts to prevent or reduce the effects of a breach of contract caused by a force majeure event. The party wishing to invoke an event of force majeure shall immediately notify the other party of the beginning and the end of this event, otherwise it can’t be discharged from its liability.

ARTICLE 5 - Transport - It is stated that the facility does not provide any service for the participant’s transport. Therefore, It can in no way be held responsible for problems related to participant’s transport (delay, cancellation…).

ARTICLE 6 - Personal Data - Provides a data, for the application of this section, any information or set of information relating to an identified natural person or that can be identified, directly or indirectly, by reference to an identification number or by one or several elements of its own, and which is used by the customer or by the hotel (hereinafter referred to the Parties). The Parties commit , for the duration of this contract, to comply with applicable regulations concerning the protection of data, and in particular, the french law 78-17 of 6 January 1978, known "Informatique et Libertés" regarding the use, processing, storage , transmission, correction, deletion and / or disclosure of any data provided in this contract. The Parties commit to implement these security measures and should take into account the more or less sensitive nature of the data. The parties agree to use this data in all loyalty and for the only need of these, subject of this contract.

ARTICLE 7 - Modification of general Terms and Conditions - These general terms and conditions can be changed at any time. In this case, the agency shall send transmit to the customer by e-mail the changes before services begin. Therefore, the new version of the general terms and conditions will be applied to the relations between the agency and the customer.

ARTICLE 8 - Applicable Law and Disputes - This Agreement is governed by French law. Any dispute between the Parties concerning the interpretation or execution of this contract which could not be settled amicably shall be brought before the competent courts of Lille, France. In case of dispute, the undisputed amounts due will be the subject of settlement at maturity.

 ARTICLE 9 – Choice of Residence - All written communications between the parties shall be sent to the agency by e-mail or by mail at the following address, 62 Boulevard Carnot, 59000 Lille, France and the costumers at the address or e-mail indicated in the reservation file
